Your purchase qualifies for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  2. Genuine manufacturing defect in the received product.

Please be aware that each return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. Refunds cannot be provided for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, three failed delivery attempts, or if the recipient refuses the package.

– Reason for return, including an image for defective or incorrect products

Do not send back garments without written confirmation from our client services team; refunds won’t be issued in such cases.
